My 1 year old lab pup, Marigold, spent her first day in daycare at Preppy Pet the other day, and I could not be more appreciative of the care they provided. Excellent Customers Service, Preppy Pet was highly recommended by someone who has a pet private business, as well as them trusting Preppy Pet for their own furry pets alike for years. Since then, my family has also used them on numerous occasions with great satisfaction and "no complaints" for our cat and dog, as both of them are just like family to us, so care for them is very important. We would recommend them to family and friends! Their reservation service is seamless to include great communication for confirming reservations, billing, etc. Even when it's busy, by phone and in person, the staff is always professional and caring for our pet family.

I've had a very bad experience boarding my fur baby before. After working with Preppy Pet Melbourne on multiple occasions (for doggy daycare and a week long boarding) I can confidently say I trust them with my dog. I have a staffy mix and it is so hard to find a facility that cares for safety and my dog. I greatly appreciate all of the advice and services. We're going to continue supporting this business.

In the last 3 weeks I had to board my dogs twice due to family emergency. Preppy Pet staff went above and beyond to make my pets boarding experience exceptional.
